Pre-qualification results provided by ZenMove are approximations only and are based on common industry standards. These results do NOT constitute an actual approval, conditional approval, or denial of your rental application.

The final approval decision is made solely by the property manager and is based on their specific guidelines, policies, and requirements, which may differ significantly from these industry standards.

Additional factors considered in the final approval process include, but are not limited to: employment verification, background checks, rental references, credit reports, income verification, and property-specific criteria. You should contact the property directly to discuss your individual circumstances and their specific approval requirements.

What "Approved with Conditions" Means

If you receive a "Likely Approved with Conditions" result, this indicates that additional requirements may apply to your application. Common conditions may include:

  • Additional security deposit (typically 0.5 to 1 month's rent) in addition to the standard deposit
  • Requirement for a co-signer or guarantor
  • Enhanced background check or employment verification
  • Proof of additional income or employment history
  • References from previous landlords

The specific conditions, if any, will be determined by the property manager based on their individual assessment of your application.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all pre-qualification forms and applications. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and may have legal consequences.

4. Fair Housing

ZenMove is committed to fair housing practices and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZenMove and its owners, operators, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

  • Not harass, threaten, or defame any person
