ZenMove Real Estate is a listing and referral platform. We are not a licensed real estate broker, property manager, or landlord unless expressly stated otherwise in connection with a specific property.

The pre-qualification results provided by ZenMove are approximations based on common industry standards (typically: income ≥ 3× monthly rent, credit score ≥ 620, no prior evictions) and do not constitute an actual approval, denial, commitment to rent, or guarantee of tenancy. The final approval decision is made solely by the property manager or landlord based on their specific guidelines, policies, and requirements, which may differ materially from these general standards. Additional factors — including but not limited to references, background checks, employment verification, rental history, and property-specific criteria — may affect the final decision. ZenMove assumes no liability for any decision made by a property manager or landlord.
To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Property listings on the Site are provided by property managers, landlords, and third-party data sources. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that listing information (including pricing, availability, amenities, or photos) is complete, accurate, or current. You should independently verify all listing details directly with the property manager before making any rental decisions.
ZenMove Real Estate is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or representations of any property manager, landlord, or third-party service provider listed or referenced on the Site.
ZenMove Real Estate is committed to compliance with all applicable fair housing laws, including the Federal Fair Housing Act, the Florida Fair Housing Act, and all local ordinances. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, and advertisements, including Google AdSense advertisements and links to partner brands (Cleanology Cleaning Company and CICLA Miami). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
The Site displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and may display promotional content for our affiliated brands (EPD Companies LLC, Cleanology Cleaning Company, CICLA Miami). Sponsored or promotional content will be identified as such where required by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
